Our new to us portable A/C was leaking all over my living room floor, and I didn't know if I was going to have to replace it or what. I called them up and they walked me through cleaning it making it drain properly without charging me anything! That just said to me that they care about people and not just making a buck. I can't say enough good things about Thermal King! I tried a different company at first and they told me I had a leak and was low on refrigerant and they couldn't add any because they can't use R22 anymore. He said the only thing I could do was buy a whole new air conditioning system for $5600. Enter Thermal King... After hearing about our situation and what the other company said, the owner of Thermal King sent one of his guys over first thing the next morning. Not only did they add the NUR22, but they also added a compound that would seal the leak. We had a cool house again in hours! Thermal King is the most professional (When's the last time you had an owner of a company say 'Yes Sir' and 'Thank you Sir' when speaking to you) and trustworthy company that I have ever had the pleasure of working with in Spokane and I couldn't recommend them any more highly! If you ever have a heating or cooling need, don't hesitate to call Thermal King, you'll be happy you did!

Came out as scheduled and completed the work as expected. However, the final invoice was approximately double the quoted amount, which was not clearly communicated in advance. That lack of transparency was disappointing and felt unethical. I value straightforward pricing and would have appreciated clearer approval before additional charges were added.

I would like to respond to the owner of thermal King Inc. First off I never spoke with anyone in your office to have them in tears. As the owner of my business I thought it would be best if I went directly to the owner of thermal king, which I did. It was the worst interaction I have ever had with a business owner in my entire life. I tried to ask you where the mix-up was and you stated that you didn't want to talk to me because you had just been pummeled by one of my employees. I said I am not one of my employees I'm the owner so can we please talk about this at which time you stated if we wanted you to come out it would be overtime, I tried to explain to you that we had an appointment set from last week for this morning and no one called to cancel and no one showed up. At that time you raised your voice and said I am not going to deal with you and hung up the phone. Again this is the most unprofessional conversation I've ever had with another business owner in my entire life. If you're short technicians and time my advice would be to not overextend yourself so that other business owners aren't counting on you to repair something that you can't. If any one of you that is reading this review needs any repair on any restaurant or HVAC equipment I would highly recommend that you either go to Swanson's or McCleary heating and air conditioning you will get quality service and respect from those two companies

I am sorry to need to inform you again that we do not want to service the "Valley Bowl" after the experience that we had with you and Donnie(who the heck is Chris?) As discussed, we were willing to keep your place in line on the schedule, but you wanted immediate emergency service and couldn't wait until the next day. When I asked if you were willing to pay overtime to get us out there that day, I was not trying to gouge you, but it would require our technician to work overtime which costs our company more money(an added expense that would need to be passed to the customer). All repair companies are extremely busy this time of year and we were trying to squeeze you in as soon as possible. When we begin a job, we cannot stop until that job is completed, then we move to the next job on the schedule. I wish you the best.

This is the most unprofessional, worst company I've ever had the unpleasure to work with. We have had them scheduled to come out and fix our Fryer since last week. They no show no called, then I had to call them for them to tell us they were too busy and couldn't make it out. I said that was unacceptable we've had this scheduled. He asked if I was willing to pay overtime and I said no we've had it scheduled since last week. He said find someone else and hung up on me. This came from Lorin the owner. Never support companies like this. Definitely find someone else to work with. I cannot say enough bad things about this company, and there RUDE Owner... Negative 100 rating......
Response from the owner:This review is unfair, my office manager was chastised by this customer and his Mom for circumstances that were out of our control. He was so rude that he made our office manger cry. She was trying everything she could to accommodate them. They demanded us to be there immediately and we mentioned that it may get into overtime if we came out today and he became irate and irrational after that. That is when we recommended them to find some one else. We are sorry that this experience was not good but we never even got a chance to provide any service. Thank you!
